These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jilidd ("jilidd," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilidd.club ("Platform"). By registering on jilidd, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jilidd Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your jilidd account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. jilidd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilidd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jilidd's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified jilidd of any unauthorized access.

jilidd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilidd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jilidd supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits made to your jilidd account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your jilidd account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of jilidd's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Processing times are as follows:

• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: 1–3 business days

jilidd reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms may be forfeited in their entirety.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilidd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jilidd Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from any technical malfunction, system error, or service interruption.
• Loss or corruption of data, account information, or gaming history.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jilidd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilidd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilidd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilidd from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
